Innovazione - basic text

Innovation has always been at the heart of Coopservice's development strategies, so much so that it has become a permanent factor in our actions and a distinctive element of our integrated service offer.

The main objective is to offer our clients a non-standardised service, but based on the integration between the operator, whose intervention remains fundamental for the good performance of the service, and technological innovation that can support man in different ways: helping him to achieve better performance by reducing physical fatigue, minimising risks to his health and safety, performing operations that would not be possible without the aid of technology if not at prohibitive costs, simplifying communication with the client and making him an active part of the process of providing the service and controlling the performance.

This is the direction taken by the many IoT (Internet of Things) technology integration projects implemented to maximise the ability to collect and use data from a multitude of sources (industrial products, factory systems, transport vehicles, etc.) for the benefit of greater process digitisation and automation, and the ability to exploit machine learning and artificial intelligence to create new business and value-added services for customers and users.

In the management of highly automated warehouses, such as centralised pharmaceutical and economical warehouses that guarantee supply to hospitals throughout the territory, we have successfully developed and tested optimisation processes by applying the logic of Lean Production and the Kaizen methodology.
Starting from a careful analysis of the defects and waste that characterise each strategy and each working process, and examining the entire production process, we have made substantial improvements and increased productivity, involving workers as an active force and making them participants in the process of continuous improvement.
In the area of technical and maintenance services related to facility management, for example, we are effectively developing the integration of BIM modelling and virtual reality to optimise the operational and energy management of buildings and facilities.
