Vigilanza fissa mediante l’impiego di unità cinofile
Il servizio di vigilanza fissa con l’ausilio di unità cinofile viene svolto da una o più guardie particolari giurate che, in costante collegamento radio con la centrale operativa, controllano gli accessi di una struttura da una postazione fissa e ispezionano saltuariamente servendosi del cane (appositamente addestrato) il perimetro o l’interno della stessa per verificarne l'integrità. Le unità cinofile possono essere utilizzate anche in ambito aeroportuale, portuale e nell’ambito dei servizi resi presso le stazioni ferroviarie e metropolitane.

Every day our security guards inspect customer premises for anomalies to avoid criminal acts or simply restore proper security conditions after a failure or omission.
Intrusion Response
Our intrusion response service is guaranteed every day of the year by mobile security guards on a radio link with our operations centre. They intervene when an alarm is received from a facility that has a security system installed.
Remote Surveillance
This service provides real-time remote control of all kinds of alarm systems. It is managed 24/7 by Coopservice’s operations centres in permanent interaction with fixed monitoring posts, mobile patrols and local fire-brigade and police forces.
CCTV Remote Surveillance
The sophisticated CCTV remote surveillance services managed by Coopservice’s operations centres are today at the top level allowed by remote monitoring technology. In emergency situations, they are designed to trigger prompt and targeted intervention procedures.
Security Reception
Our security reception service is supplied by unarmed personnel. It chiefly consists in handling correspondence, controlling building access points, holding documents and keys in custody, carrying out system functionality inspections, welcoming customers and visitors and providing courtesy information.

Warehouse Management
Warehouse management and goods reception and distribution are essential activities for any organization. Our experience in process logistics ensures the efficient management of the warehouses of de-centralized customers as well as the supply of services within our logistics platform.
Waste Sorting
As soon as they are produced, special waste items have to be safely managed until their disposal. Therefore, the waste sorting process has to be monitored by fully trained operators equipped with personal protective equipment (PPE).

‘Servizio Energia’ is a multiannual contract for outsourcing the energy cycle management to a specialist company: the aim is to reduce the consumption necessary to maintain the physical environment comfort. Under the ‘Servizio Energia’ contract, Coopservice bears the cost of the initial investments required and the responsibility for reaching the planned results.
Public Lighting Management
The improvement of public lighting systems is among the main measures taken by public authorities to reduce management costs. Coopservice offers a variety of technologies that can be used to save on energy costs. The investments made are repaid directly from energy savings.
Photovoltaic System Management

Cogenerazione
Tecnologia di produzione in contemporanea di energia elettrica e di calore attraverso lo sfruttamento di una sola fonte (gas naturale, olio combustibile, biomasse) in un unico sistema integrato. Project Financing

Energy Service Company - E.S.CO
Le Energy Service Company (E.S.CO) sono società che attraverso contratti EPC (Energy Performance Contract) effettuano interventi finalizzati a migliorare l'efficienza energetica delle installazioni o dei locali del Cliente assumendo su di sé il rischio dell’investimento.e garantendo il raggiungimento dei risultati. Coopservice è in possesso della qualifica di E.S.Co. secondo la certificazione UNI CEI 11352:2014 per l'erogazione di servizi energetici nel settore pubblico.
Audit e Diagnosi energetica
Alla base di ogni intervento di ottimizzazione o riqualificazione energetica, l’audit consente una analisi approfondita dei consumi energetici del sistema edificio-impianto attraverso misurazioni e sopralluoghi. Ciò consente l’approntamento di una diagnosi energetica (D.E.) che porta alla individuazione degli interventi necessari di efficientamento e risparmio energetico secondo indicatori (Key Performance Indicator, K.P.I.) che determinano gli obiettivi da raggiungere. Per ciascun obiettivo vengono valutate le migliori soluzioni tecniche ed economiche, incrementando le condizioni di sicurezza e comfort e riducendo le spese di gestione.
